Should I Use Candy Colors Or Regular To Color Mmf?

I need to make a bunch of different colors so I can't mix in the color while making the mmf. I tried to search this question, but didn't find an answer. Are the candy colors (oil based) easier to mix into the mmf? Is there a special technique?

I use the wilton gel/paste colors for MMF. It just take some kneading.

I have never used the candy colors in it but I don't think it would hurt anything

I always use wilton gel colors or crystal colors to knead in the color. But I know that Caljava suggest to use oil based colors for Fondx.
