has anyone out there made anything like this that they would not mind sharing with me?

Check on the Ultimate Cake Off website. They are putting recipes on there from time to time. It hasn't been updated for a while but hopefully it will be.

i did before i posted icon_smile.gif.
all they have on there is season one...i've been checking every week for a while to see if season two recipes have been posted, but nothing so far.

Hey I just saw your post. All I did is take5 bananas a half stick of butter and like a half to one cup of brownsugar. Cooked it down on stove(diced bananas first) add a touch of vanilla and rum if you want. Then I made creme brule seperate once it is set up I mixed them together (with buttercream too!!)...Tastes so good!!!!!
By the way thanks for commenting on the cake filling I was proud of it!!
If the amounts are not correct I will update once I get back home..I am out of town till Thursday
