Hey I just saw your post. All I did is take5 bananas a half stick of butter and like a half to one cup of brownsugar. Cooked it down on stove(diced bananas first) add a touch of vanilla and rum if you want. Then I made creme brule seperate once it is set up I mixed them together (with buttercream too!!)...Tastes so good!!!!!
By the way thanks for commenting on the cake filling I was proud of it!!
If the amounts are not correct I will update once I get back home..I am out of town till Thursday
