I have a friend that is looking for a bakery in the Houston area that makes eggless cakes. The ones she has contacted want to charge twice the amount for an eggless cake. Thanks for the help.

The bakery I was thinking of is now out of business. Sad too they had a really good idea about mainly marketing to those with food allergies and diabetics. They were called Wish Bakery.

Have her check with Whole Foods, if they don't do them they probably know who does.
