Sorry guys, I'm so new. I've been having fun with cakes for 4 months now. I like learning how to do all the different techniques with decorating, but I'm very intimidated with flavors. I gathered WASC is white almond sour cream but how do I make it? I'm feeling like a fish out of water, but am very excited to learn how to swim!

Never mind ha ha. I've found a few variations of it in the recipe section. Anyone know how to delete this forum now that I don't need it? LOL

I think there may be anohter one too, but I like this one so I haven't bothered looking. WASC is the best non-scratch cake I've ever tasted.

Whenever I've made WASC, it has turned out very tasty and moist. It's easy to scale up to larger quantities, which is convenient. I recently scaled it up to use a 5# foodservice box of yellow cake mix and my residents loved it.
