Thanks for all your responses. I finally found that it was the type of fondant i was using that was not helping. I now use imported fondant which is of a much better quality than the local one that i was using and the molds work out just fine.

I use the callebaut fondant and add gumtex or cmc to it.

try using half sugar paste and half flower paste!and when using them grease with a bit (only a bit though)of white fat!they do slightly stick still but just needs a bit of perseverance and should work!do not dry in moulds!and when you stick the top half with the bottom half use a cocktail stick makes it a little stronger!hope this helps
