If I keep them in them in their cardboard boxes overnight and until the next afternoon? I don't have enough saran wrap to wrap 12 big huge boxes up. The boxes are pretty thick cardboard, and seal up quite tightly so I don't think a whole lot of air can get in, but I've heard carboard can be drying. Is it possible for the cardbard to suck the moisture out of the cupcakes?
Oh, and I've painted half of the cupcakes with a sugar syrup to help keep them moist (the ones I've cooked tonight - I'm doing the rest tomorrow night before I ice them), and I'll probably do the others tomorrow as well.
