note to moderators.... if there's a thread on this, please post because i can't find in the search.
just like many other posts on here, i'm in the process of getting legal doing a kitchen rental. right now i have a full time job (which i will keep) but I want to be able to advertise and sale to perspective clients. I know about contacting the dept of Ag and the city, etc. and getting the business license and insurance, etc. my question is what about taxes??? is there a minimum income bracket that you don't have to file quarterly taxes, etc?? I know that i need to talk to my accountant about it, but that of course will be after tax season slows down.
thanks
