How many servings do you tell people for a 12" round single layer and a 11x15 sheet single layer?? I've tried to go by some other guides and they don't seem to match up. What do you think?

Thanks, Joannah

Try this chart (scroll down to the bottom). It gives serving sizes for 1 layer and 2 layers:

I use the Wilton Cake pan servings. Wedding cake slice are 1" by 2". Those are always right on. Go to www.wilton.com for the best suggestion for servings. If you think people will eat larger slices, then scale it down by 10 or so.
