Any tips on how to make even diagonal stripes on a cake? Haven't been able to locate any in tutorials or posts? Any help or info would be appreciated icon_biggrin.gif Thanks all!

Michael's or probably any hobby shop sells clear plastic rulers that have a zero in the middle then go out on either side up to six inches I think it is. This should help you evenly space and place your diagonal stripes.

hth!

You can use a plastic triangle. Measure off the distance you want, like the pp said and use the triangle for a straight line.
You can find them in the craft store or the office supply store in the drafting section. They come in various degrees of angle, there's probably one that will work for you.

Hope this helps.

Duh, I didn't even think of that! Sometimes the solutions are so simple but it takes other cake buddies to bring them into the light icon_smile.gif Thank you both!
