Or do you know how I can get in touch with her. She was helping me with a cake that I have due this weekend and I haven't seen her in a couple of days!

I'm not sure. I lost her email and was talking to her about a few things also. Hope she's alright. She for sure has a big heart.

I hope she's ok...I just chatted with her..???

She just recently advised me on a HUGE 6 tier, three toned beauty with lattice work and actual working lights!! They were hidden and illuminated through the sugar work!! It sounds weird, but it was amazing!! icon_eek.gif The couple absolutely loved it!!! thumbs_up.gif

I saw a post of hers a few days ago. I believe she announced a couple of months ago that she's taking a break from CC but will post now and then.

She has always been a tremendous help to me; she gave me some excellent advice on a cake a while back.

So odd that you mentions this Eisskween, I was wondering the same thing last night and today while I was poking around in the Lounge.

My memory stinks but I vaguely remember some members saying they gave up CC for Lent this year, hopefully she did and will be back with us shortly.

She did!? Recently? That is a shame. Texas, let her know members were asking for her.

I have not been on CC as often as I used to so I miss a lot of whats going on. Often I hear about these "bans" long after thread have been deleted etc.

Texas is correct. There was a fairly substantial banning a month or so ago. We lost a lot of really knowledgeable folks.

I had come on shortly after the big ban and I remember seeing LaBella on here, I actually read the posts because she was explaining what I imagine what the initial ban. That stinks. I like to poke around and see whats going on, makes me think twice about posting anything, written words can always be misunderstood.

The Wilton forum has lots of good information about castle cakes etc. Also, if you're looking for updates on the trends that are going to be coming up they have them there!

Oh yes. It used to be a drag, but they changed it up several months ago. Much better now.
