I am making a wedding cake with lime filling. The recipe calls for heavy cream, gelatin, sugar, lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.

Should I be worried about it spoiling before the wedding? Obviously, I would like to fill and ice cakes the day before wedding.

based on the ingredients, the filling must be refrigerated.
