i wanted to do a small craft with my little girls and thought decoupaged would be fun. i do have a question though for those who have done this before. can i used regular scrap book paper, like you find at hobby lobby? it seems like it would be too thick? i was thinking about covering a ceramic bunny rabbit. thanks~

Yes you can but you are right it's very thick. When I did it back in the...uhem...70's..one of my greatest sources of patterns was wrapping paper. The really pretty paper with water color pictures.
