Does anyone know how i can find my state to see about a home bakery?

You can also go to your state health department website to find regulations (so you will be more informed). For example, my state is listed as one that does not allow home based bakeries...however you can, you just can't bake out of your family kitchen...so you have to have a 2nd kitchen with an outside entrance.
