traybakes are what we call anything that is baked in a tin and then cut into squares like brownies, caramel squares, blondies, coffee slices, etc!! i love them sooooooo much icon_smile.gif

Your shop is absolutely delightful! Makes me want to come in and "sit a spell" (as we say here in the South of US). Those windows just beckon one to come in. Lovely, eclectic decor and I can almost smell the coffee and the buttercream icon_smile.gif . Your website is very pretty also. Lots of tradition and funky fun mixed together. BTW- you look awesome cool in your photo. BUT please don't stop making your cakes- your photos here show such wonderful cakes.
