Hi all. I have an question about timing. A friend ordered a large cake for this afternoon. It is a french vanilla WASC, with raspberries and raspberry buttercream filling. I have it crumb coated and sitting in the fridge ready to be iced this morning. But the date for the party has changed to tomorrow night! The cake was made on Thursday...is it going to still be ok by tomorrow night? It is a 14 x 4 and barely fits in my fridge. Should I be tring to cover it with plastic wrap? Will it still be ok by tomorrow night?
Advice....??
