I bought these pans to use for my son's wedding but they didn't come with baking time and temps for either pan. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks!

I always bake at 325, and as far as the amount of time to bake I usually start out and set my timer for 30 minutes and then check cake for doneness. I 'm sure in these size pans they will take much longer so just adjust timer to check every 15 minutes, hope this helpsicon_smile.gif

depending on how deep they are (i have 3 inch deep pans) you may want to use a flower nail or two as a heating core, i agree that you should bake at 325 or if the cake is getting too done on the out side lower the temp to 300. it really shouldn't take much longer then a 14 in round takes to cook
