No, but would be interested if someone has as I was asked for sugar-free cookies. Have a Spenda cookbook at home and will have to check if they have a recipe.

I gave the NFSC recipe to my friend, and for her mom's birthday, she made them w/ Splenda. Her mom's a diabetic. Anyhow, she said that the dough was REALLY crumbly, but just MADE herself continue w/ it, after making a whole other batch and it turning out the same. They ended up baking just fine and her mom said they were really good. So, I guess, don't get discouraged if your dough is crumbly! HTH and good luck. Post your results and let us know how it worked for you please!

I would love to know too... my Mom uses Splenda and sometimes it works for recipes and sometimes it doesn't. Can you let me know?
