I know there have been a zillion posts on this topic but here it goes again. I have an order for 300 cupcakes for a prom and I also have a Tap recital the same day, (oh ya and rehersal the day before) and I am wondering if I can bake the cupcakes a week in advance and frost them the day before. I have never froze my cupcakes before and I am nervous they will not defrost well. I need some instructions on how to freeze them too! Thanks!!

Yes you can. I put them in tupperware containers and pile them high in my freezer.
Personally, I just pull them out of the freezer and ice them.
