This is my first vist. I have Canon iP3600, it worked fine the 1st 7 months. Now it won't print black. I have changed ink cartridges (kopykake ), and printer head, still no black. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Did you run the deep cleaning function?

I did run the deep cleaning, didn't help. Thanks! any other ideas?

Kopy kake has on its website a hand held steamer that might help. sounds like the head is really clogged. here is the link . HTH
