someone wants me to make them a cake with "vanilla white chocolate chip filling",,,,I never heard of this and didn't want to ask her until I find out for myself first. Anyu idea how to make it?

I would probably just make some vanilla mousse and then chop up some white chocolate chips (so they aren't big chunks) and fold them in. There ya go. Maybe add a bit of white chocolate flavor to it as well.

You could also make a vanilla pudding and add in melted white chocolate.

i made a filling of white chocolate pudding mix, whipping cream, milk & mini chocolate chips... SUPER YUMMY!
