does anyone know where i would find out how to carve a cake into this style? thanks in advance

do a search on topsy turvy tutorial... there are a lot of them... also on you tube...

PS... although this is not a topsy turvy persay.... it's carved as a lot of people do with topsy turvy where the top is wider than the botton... and that is explained in the tutorial as well....

the cake in the photo doesn't look like a topsy turvy cake it looks like they used squared pans and cut the bottom at the cake at an angel to make it look smaller at the bottom and bigger on top of each cake.

That cake isn't a topsy turvy it's just squares offset on one another but do a search on youtube and you'll find some great ones! icon_wink.gif
