Hello Fellow CCers
A friend of mine lost her father last year and it has been a really difficult year for her mother. Her mother's birthday is next week and she has asked me to bake a really good chocolate mousse or 7 layer cake for her mom to cheer her up becaue those are her favorites. I have seen some recipes for chocolate mousse cake on the site but I was wondering if anyone knows which ones are really good? I really want to make a good cake for my friends mom and I don't have a chocolate mousse or 7 layer cake recipe. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes time to offer suggestions!
