I am looking for the best buttercream frosting to use under fondant.

I use Indydebi's BC (in recipes) for everything now- it's the best!
However, ganache is great if you want chocolate and a really smooth, flawless finish.

any one that you are experienced at using and like to eat! doesnt really matter, other than that.
