I was invited to my sons school auction to have my cakes on display. People can see what I can offer and bid on my services for about 3 cakes for this year!. All the proceeds go to help support my sons private school for special needs. He has Autism and this school is amazing. I feel honored to help support them.
I just ordered dummie cakes and I wanted to use my MMF but wasn't sure if it would last if I decided to leave these cakes decorated for a long time.
Also, any tips for decorating dummy cakes would be great!!
Thank you in advance!!

They'll last forever. thumbs_up.gif

They may fade if left in sunlight for a long time.

The ants may try to get to them.

Other than that...forever. icon_biggrin.gif

I have lots of decorated dummy cakes and quite a few were made with MMF and they are perfectly fine. Dusty yes, but fine. The MMF hardens up like a rock just like any other fondant given enough time.
