How do you make those adorable stacked mini cakes? Do you have small cake pans or do you make a big cake and then cut it to the two different sizes for stacking? Thanks in advance for your help.
You can do it either way. If you are going to cut the cakes out of a sheet cake, freeze it first so it is easier to cut.
I cut from a sheet cake.
