I have been asked to do a grooms cake for a turkey tail any thought or suggestions on gum paste vs wafer paper? Or how to put it together ? Any help would be great!

If you Google Turkey Fan Tail Cakes - then click on images you will see pages and pages of cakes.
Some are labelled *cake wrecks* but at least it might give you some idea of where to start.
Never had to make one so not to sure where you would start -

Go to Earlene Moore's website- she sells everything you need, including instructions if I'm not mistaken! She's a wonderful, amazing lady - give her a call!

I did this one last month. I have "in progress" pics, if you are interested pm me your email address.

Sorry this is so small, I can email you a better pic if you want it.
