It's no ultimate cake off or food network challenge but I turned in a sample cake and was selected to compete in a live cake challenge at wake tech community college in NC. I am nervous but think I will do ok. The theme is childhood memories.

Good Luck!...Wish I wasn't so far away for this one...Seems like living here in the middle of nowhere has it's disadvatages at times.

I did a really horrible 80's cake that went wrong...but it had all the childhood memories of the 80's the good the bad and the ugly!
