Hey I was planning on making my daughter's birthday cake this year and I was just wondering what kind of icing would go well with fondant cause I was going to decorate the cake with fondant. Her birthday isn't until August, but i was going to make a few small cakes to practice with until then so I was just wondering if any of you have any suggestions. Anything would be appreciated! thank you!

I started making cakes for my daughter's birthday too. I tried MMF first because the recipe is easy and the ingredients are inexpensive. I've had lots of fun practicing. I wish you well.
Thank you all so much for helping! I'll definitly have to have some help watching her cause we're pottytraining now. Plus I got plenty of time to practice so thank you!!! ![]()
