I found these instructions last week, but I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet. Looks pretty simple.

I have made numerous gum paste cutters, (primarily flowers and leaves) from instructions here: http://cakecentral.com/articles/125/how-to-make-your-own-cookie-cutters It has become a fun challenge to see how intricate I can make them. A couple of needle noseed pliers...really easy.
