I actually came acorss neon liqued food colors in the grocery store (I forgot the brand) but bought them and they made nice colors. Cheap too!

Actually I use Americolor brand Electric colors. Love them!!! You can find online.

I bought cheap liquid neon food colors at Walmart they come out just as beautiful as americolor and I Love the americolor brand!!! I saw them at safeway and albertsons too right next to the reg liquid food coloring..it says Neon right on the box...good luck!!!
