You should have a minimum and I'd say at least 2 dozen.

you REALLY don't want to fire up your kitchen to make someone 3 cake balls, do ya? icon_confused.gif

I charge $24 for a dozen. Time consuming. but OHHHHHHHHHH so yummy!

thumbs_up.gif Charge by the dozen ONLY, create a minimum based on your batch size. Price depends on location, ingredients and time required to make. Don't short change yourself when it comes to your pricing, these little buggers take more time to create than most customers realize.

Mine are 1.5" in diameter-a #60 scoop. I charge $12/doz with a 2doz min order. Good luck!
