I need a banana filling that does not need to be refrigerated. Does anyone have one? I need this for a wedding cake.

Does it have to be banana or taste like banana? Have you thought about regular buttercream and then use banana pudding to flavor? Or banana extract?

For the one I make, I whip up some bettercream and add banana cream pudding to it. I use less milk in the pudding that what it needs.

I never thought to just make banana flavored buttercream. icer101
