How long will SMBC keep in the refrigerator? I made too much and need to know how long it will keep or if I can freeze it?

(I've heard) It keeps for about a week in the fridge, about a month in the freezer. I never save it longer than a week, butter (especially unsalted) has a nasty habit of picking up flavors from the fridge, so make sure it is tightly sealed.
