Ok, i may sound silly...but i never used MMF. i made it before but then the cake went capooey, so i never really got to use it. My question is...im making a car cake. the top is black and other parts are going to be red. How do you cover the cake in it...like im not sure how u do the part where the 2 different colors meet? is it all choppy looking? And even if it is 1 color, but there is several parts to do...how do you blend it all together...i hope this makes sense to the reader....

thanks as always!!

Usually where two parts join would get a thin outline of black anyway. This hides all of the joints. Just make sure you outline everything so it will be uniform.

To make the joints nice and even overlap the two colors and with a sharp knife make a cut through all layers. Remove the rough ends and butt the two straight edges together. It makes for a snug fit.
