I just discovered sugar veil from a website. I don't see it mentioned too often here at cake central. Does anyone here use it to decorate their cakes? One pound alone is $!7.00! Can this be made from scratch? This substance is a very sophisticated royal icing that makes beautiful intricate designs. Check out the website at www.sugarveil.com.

Sugarveil is very well known. It's expensive and I don't think a lot of people use it, that's why you don't hear a lot of talk about it on C.C.
