hi im new here i've made a few cakes over the years for friends and family and i really wanna work again but cant seem to find anything i like so i've had a real long hard think and i love baking cakes and would really love some info on how to get into it professionally thanks roxanne...

hi roxanne, welcome.. search the forums by just browsing and also using the search feature.. you"ll find tons of info
if you click on the "articles" tab above you'll see a section that shows what the requirements are for becoming a 'legal' baker in your particular state! That's the best place to start, as it's not always legal to work out of your home kitchen depending on where you live.
