Help! Topsy Turvy Cake Using Wedges...

I really want to try a topsy turvy cake for my sons 1st birthday and I like the look of the ones with the wedges in between but have no idea how to do it?! Anyone have good instructions? detective.gif

I did my topsy turvy with the tutorial of CC. It works excellent ! You can look my pics. Sorry my bad english
