If not, I need to make a 3 tier wedding cake deep deep brown how many small cans of reuglar brown dye would I maybe need? I added a ton of brown to some fondant and didn't even get close to the deep brown or even medium brown. thanks for the help!

to get a brown that deep i would suggest using chocolate fondant and adding brown color to it. I leaned this lesson the hard way after using 5 wilton large colors to color my fondant. it made it icky so i threw it out bought chocolate fondant and added brown. didnt take that much to get what i wanted.

But know i know i can make MMF chocolate fondant and add americolor. americolor colorings are more potent.

I used Brown with No Taste Red and a touch of Black (Wilton colors) to get this shade of dark brown for Dora's hair.
