Anybody have any recommendations for where to stay in Virginia Beach? I was hoping to rent a 2-BR condo, but all I've been able to find are hotels and expensive resorts. Thanks!
If you dont mind the extra drive try the Hampton roads area. There are hotels, a mall, movie theater and several resturants there is also a local beach called Buckro Beach not very crowded. Hope this helps
Thanks, I'll look into that. It doesn't really matter where exactly, just as long as it's relatively close to Norfolk and has a beach. We're going for the Jr. Olympics track meet at the university in Norfolk. Hopefully, my daughter will be competing, but even if she's not we'll get a family vacation out of it, and she'll get to see what a national event is like.
its only about 20-30 min from Norfolk My first hubby was stationed there and we lived in the area it was eaiser and cleaner than Norfolk was. Have a great time
