I want to enter fair and decorate a cake the rules say you can use a dummy cake what and how to do this, how to make it/
A dummy is usually a compact styrofoam that you buy in whatever size and shape you need to match the size/shape of cake you are doing. Some cake/bakery supply shops have them, but if you don't have any in your area you can order them online.
