Check out Sugar Shack's dvd Totally Topsy Turvy, too many steps to list, and its definitely a visual thing. Or get on Youtube and Janellecakes has a quick tutorial. just search Topsy Turvy Cakes. HTH

Here's a link to Janelle's video -- it's how I did my topsy turvy, and it was very easy!!
