maybe i am over looking it...can someone tell me how many servings you should get from the long loaf pan (16 x4)?
i will keep looking ...but if any of you know...please share! TIA!

Assuming the cake is 16x4x4. Assuming pieces of cake of 1x2x4.
The cake would be cut in half lengthwise to get the 2" width of the piece of cake. Then it would be cut in 1" pieces (16 slices).
16 slices x 2 halves = 32 servings.
