I made some chocolate and white candy modeling chocolate rose for the first time and noticed that the chocolate ones are dull. In Toba Garret book they are so shiny. What can I do or what did I do wrong. I used Ghiradelli chocolate (chips) for the dark chocolate ones and Merkens disks for the white ones. They look very nice and formed well but dulllllllllll.

Thank you,
