I need to make a Basketball Cake for Thursday and I want to make Terra Cotta or closer, using food coloring from Wilton. Anyone, Please, Help!!! Thanks for looking and your responds...

Wilton and Americolor both make terra cotta. Another solution is orange and a good bit of brown or a lot of peach with orange.
I would start saturating you icing with orange until it is almost the depth you want (keeping in mind that the color will get darker overnight), then add a little brown until you get the color you want. Terra cotta might also have a hint of pink in it, depending on the actual color you're going for. I would go really light on the pink! I usually have good luck mixing my own colors when I've been in a pinch. Good luck to you!
