Does anybody have make a Superman Cake? My friends son is having a b-day this coming march 7 and she want me to make a superman cake for his son and i have no clue how to do it. Can anybody share an idea? I would appreciate it a lot.. Thanks in advance!
That sounds awesome I love superman 
If it were me I would just cut the shape of the superman shield out of a sheet cake and cover it in blue fondant and then red and yellow for the S, if that makes sense

I did my second fondant cake with superman theme and it turned out pretty ok. Please check the photo at
I made the face from wilton oval 6" pan or u can sculpt it from a circle. rest is pretty straight forward, it sat on 8" round cake surrounded by buildings of gumpaste. The web on its face was piped from butter cream. You can search any face on web and draw the web with a light hand using toothpick. This will ensure perfect web on face.
