what type of icing do you use on a red velvet cake? I need to decorate it for a bridal shower. i have heard cream cheese. Can you decorate with cream cheese icing? is there a recipe on this site for it?

you can decorate with cream cheese icing but it needs refrigeration. I steer my clients to white chocolate ganache with red velvet if it is going to a function where it will be sitting out for hours
