Looking for good video on how to cover a cake in ganache... Any ideas?

Well, it isn't a video entirely dedicated to covering a cake in ganache, however, Sharon Zambito fully covers this in her DVD Totally Topsy Turvy. It is available on her website, sugaredproductions.com. All of her videos are AMAZING! I have all of them and find them invaluable.
