Need Help With 20's/gangster Cake?

Here is my design for a Roaring Twenties Themed b-day party, based on the invitations and fashions of the time.
The only prob is I now have to incorporate a "gangster, cigars, Tommy gun etc." tier???
Any ideas?
Of course I love the cake just the ways it is, and now I'm having designers block when it comes to altering it.
How do I add those things but not change what I have already?
you could make a gangster holding a tommy gun with a cigar in his mouth and have him sitting off one of the tiers. i really love your design can't wait to get on your level
Wow, I've got a 1920's chicago casino theme party for my daughter in the beginning of april. Love your design of the flapper, cannot wait to see your finished cake. Mine will be more focussed on the casino, not on gangsters, but i like the idea of the gangster sitting on one of the tiers. Or instead of the ostrich plumes have a cigar holding up the top tier and a tommygun hoding up the midlle tier, so only the plumes on the top
Man my cricut doesn't get here until Friday 
I was really stubborn about my design and I liked it just the way it was so I compromised and said I would add a few bullets and cigars...lol
That's all I would budge though.
I'm bad about wanting things a certain way (my way...hehehe)
