I'm making my nephews birthday cake and am making it out of sponge cake. I want to add a nice filling to the cake but am unsure on the flavors. My sister in law say's hes allergic to all berries and she doesnt think he will like lemon curd. I suggested a peach filling but am not positive.
Any ideas?
