Just wanted to inform you all that mt first wedding cake was a SUCCESS!!!

The bride and her sister loved the cake and the taste. The said the guests enjoyed it as well. I'M HAPPY!!

I need help to improve for next time. The cakes bakes uneven, how can i prevent uneven cakes?

Are you using baking strips or a flower nail?? If not, then that is the way to go. I`ve been using the baking stips, and it works really well...
